Microsoft Windows NZ

The thing that never ceases to amaze me about countryside New Zealand is their endless landscape of lush rolling green hills.

You know what they remind me of?

The default Windows XP desktop.

HUGE apologies to people who have sent me e-mails since I embarked on my trip, but I simply just could not find time to reply right now. You’ll hear from me, latest by next week yea?

    God.. I want a holiday!

  2. indeed! new zealand is amazing for natural landscapes.. but paris is certainly one of the best (besides budapest, prague, roma and venezia) for architecture.. greetings from Europe, just left paris this morning for munich..

Chinese M’sians must accept their lot

Lee Kuan Yew’s recent controversial remark has stirred a new round of sabre rattling between Malaysian and Singapore politicians. Does Lee understand Malaysia’s situation well enough to make such a remark? Even if he does, what right does he have to criticise Malaysia? Aren’t Malay Singaporeans marginalised too?
Malaysia’s success in the international arena in both business and technology has no doubt become a threat to Singapore. By making such controversial remarks, is Lee hoping more Chinese Malaysians would hate their country and join Singapore? Don’t forget that Singapore is facing problems with the lack of population growth.
Are Chinese being marginalised in Malaysia? This is not a new issue. No one in Malaysia has ever brought up the issue so prominently because it is a sensitive issue in this country. The Malays have been given bumiputera status in Malaysia, meaning that the ‘sons of soil’ should be given priority in terms of political and financial interests. Not to forget, Chinese are only immigrants.
With the help of the New Economy Policy in the past 35 years, I would say the Malays have slowly gained back something that has long belonged to them. What’s wrong with this? I feel that the government should further restrict the economic interests of the Chinese because there are just not enough wealthy Malays in the country to bring about a balance in wealth distribution.
I am surprised that some Chinese Malaysians have publicly supported Lee’s remarks despite that the MCA leader has rejected them. We can see that the MCA leader is not capable of “stopping” his own people.
If he cannot do that, he has no prospect of representing the Chinese. If the Chinese are able to have big houses and multiple cars, which most of the Malays do not have, why are they still not satisfied? What more do they want?
Recently, the MCA vice-president, who is also the higher education deputy minister, publicly pointed out possible corruption in the repair work of a Chinese school, which was handled by the Works Ministry. I hereby demand that this minister be sacked immediately.
First, no one should question the integrity of other cabinet ministers publicly. Second, by saying such things, the MCA minister did not care about the feelings of other ministers in the Education Ministry, who have approved the funding of the project.
No one should question how the project was awarded and how the funds were used as all these had already been endorsed by the ministers. The MCA minister has brought great damage to the current system by asking for transparency. The contractors who had been awarded government projects will not forgive this minister if they are being scrutinised stricter in future projects, especially when this result in them not being able to make profit out of the projects.
The MCA minister should mind his own business. Minding someone else’s business means ‘eating’ in other people’s territory. If this minister is not sacked, the works minister should write to the prime minister for his intervention. If not, this will set a detrimental precedent which forces a lot of Malays out of businesses as “we rather be mocked by others than have our stomach empty”, to quote Umno Youth deputy chief Khairy Jamaluddin.
In short, Malaysia is a multi-racial society and only with the continuous strengthening of the Malay political and financial interests that it can be harmonious and prosperous country. Whether the Chinese are being marginalised or not is not important. The Chinese just have to accept the fact that living in Malaysia means they have to be subordinate to the ‘sons of the soil’.

  4. I would just liked to add that wealthy chinese ppl are making the extra pot of gold due to their effort and their hard work. Besides, not all chinese are wealthy, there are a significant amount of chinese who live in the middle or low income segment. Our former PM had once relate about the Malaysian dilemma back in the 60s; Martin Luther King had once addressed bout The American dream; I do have this dream that one day, we could live in a nation where we would not be judge by the color of our skin but what is in us.
With that said, to really promote Malaysia as a multi-cultural heritage living in harmony; as we step towards the theme ‘Visit Malaysia 2007’; all Malaysian should be united as one body to improve tourism and the economy hand in hand with harmony.
    Peace 🙂
    dom

  5. well, then shall we all pray for the good for Malaysia, those who has heart for the benefit of the nation as well as mutual respect and harmony. i am sure God will listen to this prayer, bring it into your prayer group.
Kenny, you are good at putting things together!
    nice heavenly picture!
may be go to lady’s bay or hibicus bay nude beach and take your own naked photo in heaven, next time can show your son how ‘Geng!’ you are 🙂
im sure your soul getting purify recently!

  6. kenny! hehe good one =)
P.s NZ’s green hills are not NATURAL.
They are somehow socially and physically constructed mainly to feed their livestcks.
    Furthermore, HAH HAH
Sheeps + Cows population in nz > homosapiens of NZ

  7. ‘The Chinese just have to accept the fact that living in Malaysia means they have to be subordinate to the ‘sons of the soil’.

You are absolutely RIGHT, syabas! That’s why I decided to bail outta bumiland, ain’t gonna kneel down no more to kiss the ground some son of ta soil pissed on……..
    Good on ya , mate………

  8. Yo Kenny. How about deleting the political entry made by “Son of Sh**” up there? Some people would always take advantage of your popularity knowing that a lot of readers are drawn to your blog. BTW, very nice entry of the pic.

  9. “With the help of the New Economy Policy in the past 35 years, I would say the Malays have slowly gained back something that has long belonged to them. What’s wrong with this? oh please…don’t make me laugh.
we all know who contributes the most for the country. without the help of those ‘immigrants’, you wouldn’t have achieved so far. so don’t just sit and wait for other ppl to do the job and claim its yours after all this years. so immature.

  10. “No one should question how the project was awarded and how the funds were used as all these had already been endorsed by the ministers. The MCA minister has brought great damage to the current system by asking for transparency.”
This post just about wraps up the sentiment of Malaysia For The Malays. Suppress the truth because it upsets the status quo? My mouth is still agape from reading this poster’s post. Do you realize that there will be no one to subsidize your “rights” if there were no non-Bumis?
I normally hang back and enjoy this very entertaining website. (Thanks, Kenny!) But I just couldn’t let this one go without commenting.

  11. It’s funny how much we have been portraying to the world that we are one “united” nation of different races, and yet we get lots of sh*t from people like MFTM up there who are not satisfied with their lives, and blames others for it. Hey, fyi, being protected is good, but being overprotected is not good, you guys are not even given a chance for a healthy round of “fight-for-all”, and will forever be stuck in the realm of “we deserve what we get”, and if that’s so, the 100millionth m’sia economic plan wouldn’t even help, if m’sia can last that long~
BTW, are we even allowed to post these stuff up? ISA not coming against us ka or something?!
NZ’s a great place! Nice, calm, and quiet~

  12. lets just take the pizza hut treatment for example. come on, we have been paying our 5% service tax all this time. now they get the privilege of not getting taxed? so not eating pizza hut or KFC anymore. such a racist.

  13. Refering to MALAYSIA FOR THE MALAYS at 27 September 2006 12:58 AM
Whats your point of commenting this in Kenny’s blog? to start some trouble here? To be frank, bumiputra term suppose to be refer to the native of this country = Ibans, Kadazans, etc. Thats my point of view, but now Malaysians are for all race that born in this country…..Yes I am a chinese, & I’m also a Malaysian too. Please do not bring rubbish to this blog.
Kenny, you blog to joke & cheer people up, just delete that comment, delete mine if you wanted to 😉

  14. First of all, this is Kenny’s blog. He showed some nice pic of NZ and reminded him of Win XP.
The comment section is for u to comment on Kenny’s work…. some feedback to him. Now, what is MFTM doing commenting on politics relating to MS Win NZ??
MTFM, go set up ur own blog and say what u want there…. dun take advantage of other people’s blog to make your point stand…. You are still what you are….
Kenny, keep up your good work and I enjoy your blog.

  15. So Kenny, you have taken photos of scenary and gone extreme-sporting… hmmm what else does NZ have left to offer?
I hear that wool is cheap over there 😛 (I’m sure it’ll be useful one day when global warming hits Malaysia and it becomes very very cold).
Oh and my friend once kissed the spot which apparently Orlando Bloom stood on, so there you go, more activities for you to do now 😛
PS: And what is with Mr. leo-chan about his Malaysian post? I know you don’t do race-related posts, but God is that guy annoying.

  16. kenny, i can’t believe you arent deleting these irrelevant political comments being spammed on to your blog. Theyre completely not relevant to anything and just make your readers feel negative.

  17. By “sons of the soil”, would really be noted to the Orang Asli. Then again, why the fight? This is a multi-racial country, so can’t we live in harmony without all those racism?? ah quit it. Really cool pic though kenny

  18. By “sons of the soil”, would really be noted to the Orang Asli. Then again, why the fight? This is a multi-racial country, so can’t we live in harmony without all those racism?? ah quit it. Really cool pic though kenny

  19. “sons of the soil”, then how come the Serani or Portugese decendants are also bumiputra then, they came to invade our land didnt they?

  20. To MFTM.
You’re the quintessential Bumis who is 1)ignorant 2) stupid. The sad thing about people like you is, you view this whole economic pie as a zero sum game.
So if you are really that good, why do you still need to have the NEP? Granted, it is NECESSARY to maintain social stability back then when people used to resolve to violence to address their jealousy. But right here, right now, for those non-bumis who are born and bred here, aren’t we son of the soils too?
Well anyway, a wise sage once said not to argue with idiots, just let them be. So, idiot, I pity you. I really do.
http://www.aisehman.org. Go there and you’ll see even though you are bumis, there are still a lot of inequality. The problem is not the race, but the policymakers.
Singapore feel threated by Malaysia? Purleassee! Malaysia is not even in the same competitive platform as Singapore. Productivity, the abiilty to Innovate, economic Competitiveness, BAH! You’re wasting my time to even reply to you.
    Anyway, Kenny nice blog.

YOU SAID ITS A SENSITIVE ISSUE WHY YOU BROUGHT UP THE MATTER IN THE FIRST PLACE? ‘SON OF SOIL’ MY ASS SHOULD BE SON OF THE BITCH. BESIDE SPOON FEED WHAT ELSE CAN U DO, WAITING PLP TO GIVE YOU MONEY AND POWER. WHATS WRONG WITH IMMIGRANTS, WE EARN OUR WEALTH BY HARD WORKING NOT LIKE YOU LAZY PIG. IF NO CHINESE YOU THINK U STILL CAN LIVE LIKE YOU HAVE TODAY.MOST PROBALY YOU WILL LIKE VIETNAM.

WHATS WRONGS? IF YOU EARN IT ON A PROPER MANNER NEVER MIND BUT WITH BIAS, RACISM, CORRUPTION THEN ITS DAME WRONG.YOU THINK YOU CAN RESTRICT CHINESE ECONOMY, HEY NOT IN A MILLION YEARS. WITHOUT CHINESE YOU THINK YOU SOB CAN BECOME WEALTHY HA HA HA….
I am surprised that some Chinese Malaysians have publicly supported Lee’s remarks despite that the MCA leader has rejected them. We can see that the MCA leader is not capable of “stopping” his own people.
WHATS WRONG WITH LEE’S REMARK, HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH,KALAU SIAPA MAKAN CILI DIA TERASA PEDAS.

HEY WAKE UP LA, I SAW MALAY OWN BIGGER CAR AND HUGE HOUSE THAN CHINESE. IF YOU GO TO SURVEY YOU WILL KNOW YOU STILL SLEEPING

INI KA MALAYSIA BOLEH, CANNOT COMPLAINT IF GOT CORRUPTION. INSTEAD INVESTIGATE THE CASE THEY GO AFTER THE PERSON WHO COMPLAINT. SUSAH LOR VISION 2020.
First, no one should question the integrity of other cabinet ministers publicly. Second, by saying such things, the MCA minister did not care about the feelings of other ministers in the Education Ministry, who have approved the funding of the project.
WA SO POWERFUL, WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK CABINET IS. GOD DAME IT THEY ARE VOTE BY THE RAKYAT. NOW CANNOT QUESTION THE INTERGRITY. WTF

  22. Di Singapura, kami tidak mendewakan pemain-pemain bola.” Begitulah
kata-kata Phillip Yeo, Ketua Agensi Penyelidikan Untuk Sains dan
Teknologi Singapura.
Kalau beginilah cara orang Melayu menguruskan anak bangsa mereka nampaknya
peluang untuk menjana Towering Malays atau Melayu Unggul akan punah.
Mana ada anak Melayu yang berjaya dalam bidang nyanyian di peringkat
antarabangsa sehingga mereka terkenal seperti artis-artis dari Barat.
Pernahkah kita mendengar jualan album artis-artis Melayu dijual jutaan
mengambil berat tentang arah tuju orang Melayu. Ia mungkin bagai cili
yang terpepak atau pahit bagai hempedu tetapi seperti kata orang, yang
    pahit itulah ubat.
Malangnya orang Melayu suka digula-gulakan, dipuji berlebih-lebihan. Biar
menang sorak kampung tergadai. Biar papa asalkan bergaya.
Sebab itulah seperti kata Tuan Guru Nik Aziz, kita tak sepatutnya
memperjuangankan bangsa Melayu tapi yang patut kita perjuangankan ialah
    Islam.
Bangkit Islam Bangkit Bangkit Islam Bangkit Bangkit Islam Bangkit bangkit hantu Bangkit…hehe

  23. wow datz a really alike scene. i nearly tot it was d same pic i had 2 scroll up 2 make sure im looking at d different pics 😛

  24. Leen, stfu, use abit of imagination that you most probably wouldn’t have and let your puny brains wander and maybe you’ll spot the difference.

  25. lol.. i am glad that’ malaysia for the malay’ wrote such a childish comment in here. lol. He has proved to us y even after so many years, there r still not enuff ”wealthy Malays” in our country(o so u said, err.. did u do a survey on it b4 hand, do u know tat i can sue u on putting such a sensitive comment in public, o well, guess u r just too ignorant to know malaysian law, n u called urself patriotic? ahha. damn funny)1st of all, would any of us like to negotiate with a person who only know how to complain instead of being grateful? it’s very entertaining indeed to read n understand ur err… ”kid adult” behaviour(haha, siapa makan cili, dia terasa, if u’re not a kid adult, u may ignore this new nickname of urs). btw, do u know y chinese r always better than u all no matter how hard u sabotaged them? tat’s bcox chinese alwix fear not toward challenges n they will alwix look for a better opponents . they nvr ever ask others to slow down their pace just bcox they cant follow up .anyway, i am glad tat u guys enjoy those specialty tat u hv,bcox all these will make u all lazier.. n make the other races strive harder n achieve better .. well, u may ignore this n continue ur behaviour, cox it will only benefits the other races.thx to u .
well, if u insist tat malaysia belong solely to ur race, it’s ok. but i must warn u b4hand, tat with o without the specialty, the other races still survive well, thus, if worst come to worse , they might leave this country n the loss will be on ur err..”malay unggul” race..ahha..cox u guys r still not productive enuff to err… ensure the survival of our country? this is followed with the report( o so i heard ) tat says tat majority of the tax payment r contributed by non-malays even though malays r the majority race in this country..
races shouldn’t be an issue afterall, n yet ur comment has just shown us how u had ruined the entire image of ur race..lol. congrats for doing such a damage to ur own race:)
o well, think by replying ur comment , i had make myself seems childish as well, afterall, y should i reply/ answer those kids talk? ehhe, though i still hv hope on making u a more mature person… o well, it depend on u urself whether u wan ur race to survive against the other races o lean back n be a miserable n grumpy race .. all the best for ur life!! ( though i must say it wont progress much if u still keep tat attitude of urs.lol)

  26. I’m actually a chinese trying to show how the malays take the relationship between the races. Reflecting to the everyday news we see, rasism and prejudice seems to be ruling the world and jutice seems to be getting weaker everyday. Why is this happening? Because no one dares to make a stand. No one dares to challenge prejudice and the unfairness. We need more Wong Shi Jie in our country, more men who don’t only become the lion in the kopitiams and kodomo lion infront of the officials.
We need men who are brave enough to stand for justice! Pick up yer arrogant arses and stand up to fight for our rights!

  27. u rock kenny!!
GOD is the secret behind all these amazing creations. May all the glory belongs to HIM…and u, cameraman!! love ya lotss…

  28. I have no idea, how can a photo lanscape picture could landed some people that have no brain to talk bull shit here with political stuff..
MFTM, just sucks.. wth are this people doing here talking in bullshit. Go back home, put up your pillow highly or just cover yourself to think.. Are this people really educated?
Anyway, Kenny just keep up your good work. Those people that are racist, just shut your mouth of and go back and tanam jagung la. MFTM, you should read more news. I remember how our Mentor PM Mahathir have mention about you all in his meeting last time.. haiz.. stupid..

  29. On the economic misjudgement and historical inaccuracies of false racial ideology
    1) Some Malays (not all) are also ‘pendatang’, as Parameswara was a Hindu Prince from the Majapahit empire which streched from India to Southeast Asia, and by definition of geography also an immigrant, compared to the orang asli groups (mainly Pahang) who have lived for milleniums on the land, and are far more ‘marginalised’ than any other groups in our country.
    2) Are all Malays ‘racially’ pure? Based on the significant number of interracial marriages over history between Malays and Indians, Malays and Chinese who have upon marriage have converted their cultural and religious affiliations, there are therefore many ‘mixed Malays’.
    3) Historically, the Golden Age of the Malacca Sultanate (or Malay kingdom) is a product of its then ‘global’ status as a trade hub, where all kinds of goods were traded between Arabian, Chinese, Indian merchants. The economic wealth of the empire was hinged on its ‘open’ door trade policy that engage with the knowledge and ideas acorss the world, and it is through the process of these exchanges that Islam was brought to the formerly Hindu based empire.
    4) Hence, from point (3), Malaysia’s current economic wealth is generated by all races, Malays, Chinese and Indians. Without akcnowledging any of the contributions played variously in different sectors (even the humble cleaning lady or food seller) regardless of race, there won’t be the prosperity enjoyed today.
5)Ecomomic disparity exist across all races. There are poor Chinese, as there are poor Malays and Indians. Economic gap also exist between area, from the better developed West Coast Peninsular to the less developed East Coast Peninsular (where I am from) and these wealth differences exist extra-racially, for example, a Malay and a Chinese in KL might have more similar social-economic concerns compared to a Malay or Chinese on the East Coast.
Better wealth distribution is needed to address this wealth disparity by need and by geography and not by race, as there are the rich who enjoy privileges that should have been given and accorded to the poor (Don’t forget the good words of the Prophet to remember the weak and the poor, especially during this Holy month)
6)Transparency in awarding of projects is by far more productive economically, as many Bumiputera contractors lose out their contracts to ‘better-linked’ contractors without necessarily having the true credentials and value of work done being ascertained. Transparency encourages competition and through that better offerings, which form the hallmark of innovation and work of high standards. Economic losses through possible bribery, kickbacks are minimised, hence funds are put into good use and not wasted through mischanneling.
    7) Racial subbordination is not only ethically reprehensible, but morally wrong by the principles of the world’s major religions, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity. The denigration in the intrinsic worth of life assumes a usupartion of the divnine right to moral judgement. Who are you, o man, to demean others, for are you not also a formed/created being?
    8) Racial ideology of exlusion is not economically viable or feasible in the global world where businesses of supply and demand are so intertwined that it is transnational and transboundary. To put it crudely, to exclude ‘racially’ would mean not making the million dollar profit one would make, because one does not want to deal or trade with a foreigner. The capitalistic markets only abide by one principle only, money, money and money (not race).
    10) S’pore’s LKY’s statement was politically motivated, and anyone who falls into this trap of being pitted racially against fellow citizens is to blunt any economic advantage or threat one might have over S’pore.
I hope these things come out clearly to fellow Malaysians.
Lastly, no matter how hurt and angry most of us are by those foolish comments, let us not descend to grovel at his level and spread the very racial ideology he/she espouse by making sweeping generalisations about race, and rather address the particular issues and specific groups through the demographics of social and economic class.

  30. who is that fcuking dumb MALAYSIA FOR THE MALAYS?? embarassing me only lah! purposely want to create racial riot izzit?? lemma!! $(*&@#! urgh whatever. so childish, worse than kanak2 ribena.

  32. Dont you guys read between the lines???? MFTM is definitely not Malay, I believe he’s a Chinese. even I who have left Malaysia as a child 35 years ago realise this. Jeeez

  33. eiii bloody nonnimus… who give u rite to coment? u lousy no-citizen of beautiful Malaysia… Wat u know of Malaysia’s affair? Go be loyal to ur adopted country laaa… stooopeeddd faarrrkkerrrr…!!

  34. oh my god… you guys actually helping MFTM’s plan to succeed. he wanted to see a hostile/overwhelming response, and many of you provided it.
everyone jus ignore it lorr.. i bet he’s loving the response.
    ps: great photography, kenny.

  35. Pure Malysian .. u react like a typical dumb ass. Dont call your self pure Malaysian to embarass the rest of your countrymen . I may have been born in Malysia..you ASSumed I adopted another country. Typical hot head..

  36. Bologna, I hate to say this, but if you check my comments again, with eyes this time, you will notice that I did NOT praise about anything. So, next time before you use the word “blind” on others, make sure you don’t make a fool out of yourself first. By the way, a 50% similar is still similar, just like you’re a 100% bitch.

  37. to MFTM
You chow chee bye no good son of the bitch. U think its funny ka to brought up a sensitive issue. Why must u sabotaj the relationship between malay and chinese? What I fuck up is u pretend to be a malay and write offensive issue. I don’t care what race u are u better fuck off to other place and don’t wanna see your chee bye face again

  38. yeah nonimus..Pure Malaysian is Right! What makes you think that just bcos you’re born in Malaysia makes you qualified to speak your mind? So, where are you now at if you’ve not at your ‘adopted’ country? Another planet? No. Let me get this right. You’re just a typical illegal immigrant who was lucky enough to be born in Malaysia and like all illegal immigrants, think they get all access as the locals. Total ingrate!

  39. hey, how come here become a politic platform for some racist idiots expressing their thoughts ? Kenny-san, you should delete these postings.

  40. That’s indeed a very nice picture. It would be great if you post up some pictures of some of things you have seen on your travels as wallpapers – but of course, that is up to you.

  41. Let’s settle this once and for all.
Malays are Immigrants too. The pure son of the soil are the orang asli. Get it?
sigh.. and you call other ingrate..

  42. seriously, you guys gotta stop this political whatever it is thingy..don’t have to care about it that much,it’s not that our country is gonna destroyed with only a tiny miny comment like that..just ignore what that i don’t know MFTM guy..this is a place for us to comment about kenny’s post, not as a platform to scold or criticize someone..so come on,let’s just get over with this.peace everyone.

  43. does anybody remember how SPLENDID was *THE* weddin?oh well..n did sumbody juz mention sumtin like…there isn’t enuf rich malays around?LOL…

  44. Please lah! Kenny is having a holiday and you’re takin his lack of time to moderate the comments to start a racial issue…
I’m a Malay but I totally disagree that Malays should be given special rights. If you so happen were given birth as a Chinese/Indian in Malaysia instead, would you be happy. Some Melayu’s’ are so narrow-minded (NOT ALL!)… They are literally orang yang sedang me-layu macam bunga yang nak mampos. In short, kolot!

  45. Typical Malysian-again another hothead. If you read as well as you blow up as your other i.d. Pure malysian -you will realise I was telling you guys that MFTM was there to cause trouble .Pity you call yourself Typical and Pure. There are many really decent malaysians Unlike foulmouth hotheads like u. “Adopted country???” Cant read???? Nuff said. Was trying to stop people from making kennys post into a hate propoganda–obviously a waste of time

  46. How’s things going, Kenny? Must have been good, I reckon, with the absence from the blogosphere.
Whatever it is, you guys might want to take politics somewhere else. Write to a paper if there are any dissatisfactions about the nation. I don’t even understand why would people bother reading BS when we all have different opinions on such a sensitive issue. A piece of advice – Don’t comment if you’ve got nothing to comment about (yes, I find this familiar too). The resemblance is ‘unKenny’ (pun intended).

  47. First of, great pic…
Secondly, I guess this has been asked before, but what does this whole political/race/whatever issue has even remotely do with this post???
    Am I missing something here?
This whole issue is just some dude wanting to get some attention, and he got it, and he’s getting a swollen ego coz more people are just lapping this thing up…
From Windows XP wallpaper lookalike to politics…
Wow…God knows how we got from one point to another completely unrelated point…
But for goodness sake, read the comments posted by most of them and agree with them and drop the whole political/racial thing… It’s gettin old…
    –|[s2k]|–

  48. hmmmm… i was admiring the beautiful pictures, scrolled down and was admiring the intelect (or lack thereof) of certain comments.. nevertheless, beautiful post! keep it up! greetings from berlin!
it’s less green, more gloomy and more breath-choking diesel emisions here =)

  49. u all sakai..just one stupic picture, all go cloud nine..like nvr see blue skies and trees before..
fyi…xp windows picture not taken in NZ land, it’s USA lah, ok? since when Microsoft becomes a Kiwi company?? I’m sure they wun go all the way to the land of Kiwi to take/generate some photo that apparently someone so ‘eng’ put in the blog…and so haolian show it here…http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Napa_Valley….support..www.cibailang.com

  50. Hey Kenny, since you’re in Kiwiland, do take some time to research on the history of this country. Focus on the Treaty of Waitangi & the Tangata Whenua (people of the land aka ‘sons of the soil’), then enlighten Mr. MFTM & the likes of him/her on how fortunate they are. I’m very sure bumis will very well ended up like the tangata whenua if without the support of ‘immigrants’.
Don’t mean to bring this in your blog, but as an ex-immigrant from bumiland & now enjoying my full citizenship as a kiwi, I jus’ can’t help voicing my disgust on MFTM’s comments.
    Kia ora….

  51. kenny. i am not happy here at all in albania.

  52. Dear MFTM,
Aha..you are a CHINESE. As a chinese myself, I am quite embarassed by your action (comments).
Why do you have to provoke a war?
Do you want history to repeat itself?
    Please don’t be selfish.
The war has ended years ago.
You wouldn’t want to experience what our ancestors went tru, would you?
Of course I am unhappy too of how we chinese are labelled…2nd class.
But what I am proud of is that we don’t need to be spoon fed or given the ‘special privilege’ to survive in this country.

  53. FUGGING MALAYS! STFU!
Who cares whos rich and whos not?
Who cares whos who and who needs who?
Who cares racism being tough or not?
Who cares your F word and for sake who u think u are?

Who cares if like this or doesn’t like that m cuz we’re not interested?
Who cares if you’d love to have this kinda post posted here?
Who cares NOT if you are the one creating this scum!
Who cares if you like to talk kok here?’
Who likes you to be here?
    NON!
So those FAG FUGGING FARTING FREAKING FREEZING FRINGING FIERY post, get a carpark for yourself!
    From :
    A Malaysian in Singapore
Who loves to see how Malay did to their lovely country…
I support and love working here in SG cuz’ 70% Chinese rather than 70% Malays in Malaysia. Smell the stinks?

  54. Should someone filter words related to politics, F words and those silly people here, or should the administrator? Hmm kenny, an idea here. Why not THOSE WITH BLOOGER ACCOUNTS / TYPEKEYS can only post comments? Anonymous just can’t do any silly comment on this.

  55. “Sure son of the soil…go wallow in the mud like the pig you abhor so much!”
“Singapore feel threated by Malaysia? Purleassee! Malaysia is not even in the same competitive platform as Singapore. Productivity, the abiilty to Innovate, economic Competitiveness, BAH! You’re wasting my time to even reply to you.”
For some reasons, i really like these comments alot :p dunno why lerr!

  56. Guys and Gals, cool down, you have all been had…
The post by the chap above is actually plagerised verbatim from a letter to the editor in Malaysiakini on-line newspaper.
It is actually a tongue in cheek satirical essay, making fun of the NEP.
So I am not sure what the intentions of posting it here is, but the poster either is pulling a tasteless fast one, of his command of English is so poor, he could not see the satire.
So let it past, it’s either a stupid joke, or a simpleton too stupid to write his own essay, had to plagerise from Malaysiakini, and the wrong letter to boot.

  57. Carribean, stfu and go watch your wrestling like some stupid kiddo, and haphop, if im dung, what does that make u? some new species of shit maybe? we call it the kanasai. 🙂

  58. is this guy trying to make to the ear of isa?? tracking who and where u are is not too hard eh..
guys n gals out there.. stop listenin to that punk.. he’s trying to ‘pull u into water’ to go agains the gov.. becareful oo..
    my notes:
what lar.. malaysia for malays.. if like tat, where got multi racial ler? use ur brain lar.. opps.. i forget.. u got no brain.. hiaks..
p/s: even ppl other malays can make very tasty sambal belacan and teh tarik 😛

  59. eh i also malay leii. oklah… partially malay and also arabic-javanese too. i hope some of you didnt mean by all malays. not all of them are lazy. maybe malay singaporean are diff. we work hard but we have no problem with our sg government.
maybe they shouldnt take LKY critics too heart. by right, they must prove to LKY thats not true. they must take that critics as a challenge. if we didnt have (a bit of) challenging life, we wont succeed. i just wish all this politic in kenny’s blog will end soon.
    take care all.. =)

  60. All of us will be part of geology some day so have fun in this world.:-). Each country is unique. Make things interesting too.

  61. my dear malaysians…..
in our daily lives, we refer ourselves as malays, chinese, indians, etc.
but in reality, we are all malaysians.
pls think about this, ppl around the world i mean from other countries will always acknowledge themselves as the citizens of that country.
for example, malays from singapore call themselves as singaporeans. chinese from us call themselves as “AMERICAN” born chinese. so y can’t chinese/malays/indians in our country call ourselves malaysians instead of our respective races?
ppl this is the time v hav to unite as a nation?
    as malaysian, regardless ur race.
ther is no need to fight bcoz ther is ntg to fight over.
ppl from our country whether chinese or malays or indians r all malaysians, aren’t v?
v malaysians work in malaysia, earn from malaysia, some earn more but some earn lesser. but still it depends on your capability rite. kenny is a chinese but kenny is doing quite fine rite?
btw, let’s not compare bout the rich.
    how about the poor?
do u think that ther r no malays who r poor? then r they marginalised? or can u say tat only chinese r being marginalised? wat about the third main race in our country? indians?
v can’t deny tat malays in our country hav certain rights. but, tat’s bcoz of the constituition v hav based on the agreement of all races when malaysia is formed in 1963. i noe some of u think it’s not fair, but life is never fair. btw, ntg is definite oso, who is certain to say tat it will stay this way in the future?
so, malaysians. let’s not b affected by some critics from other countries whose intention v yet to noe. v r civilised ppl, if u r not happy v discussed bout it n find a better solution. of coz in a peaceful way.
who’s in favour of a fight? definitely not us, wise malaysians

  62. i usually have no probs with malays but fuckin hell if u have a grudge with chinese dun read this blog. this is no fckin malay blog.
yeah and i just hate those malays saying the chinese are the reason why a lot of malay are unfortunate. long time ago chinese ppl immigrate from china. they work hard while the malays sit on their asses and now a lot (chinese) are rich. we are not corrupt nor do we steal or bribe or watever and i would thnk with all the corruption in the government favouring the malays they’ll at least get somewhere.

  63. WHOI DON’T BE RACIST!! If your racist against other race, your against your race too you know. Cause all of you are humans not animals or anything else. By just putting those comments, it just shows us how immature you are.
    ————————————————–
uh. hahaha should have put teletubbies instead..

  64. suck my ars la…wat bout all this racism?
look, whos getting all the fucking priveledges and stuff?
whos the one shoving corruption up everyones asses?….
whos the one allowing others to burn us-flags?..
whos the one major mat rempit race?..
and again..whos the fuckers that pay up a few cents and ringgit for the “zakat” of theirs and escape taxes?
never think of us chinese squeezing every load of hard-earnt money to pay up fucking tax collectors and all the money goes to those malay men sitiing down there, cash flowing into their filthy pockets and buying big cars..houses..marrying 4 wives..etc..and yet call themselves ‘Muslims”..wtf..i tot u are not supposed to be even doing all those dirty money stuff..
whos the major race getting “datokships” and YAB’s and put their titles to shame on papers?..Get a life…
Sit down and fucking keep ur malay asses and gaps shut..without us chinese..theres absolutely no..i repeat..NO way malaysia will come up at such a developing speed….
    Deny me.
sorry kenny for putting up ur blog as a battlespace..but
justice has to be done and not just letting those malay fuckers..FUCKERS…insult us thru their asses…

  65. That was funny. I guess the reason that everyone is reacting so immensely to that racist post was because they dont see the meaning behind it.
I myself was misled to think it was written by a malay, by words in capitals on the very first line of the post. I read back and saw the sarcasm, just to feed my curiosity. But I really wouldnt have guessed that it was actually an insult the the policies rather than some retarded malay’s writing since it isnt all that unusual to have malays thinking in that way.

  66. fact: ANYONE can take a good picture in NZ. The sky is THAT blue most of the time. All you’ve gotta do is find the perfect spot. And that’s just about everywhere.

  67. FYI, MFTM, you Malays are not original bumiputera. In fact, you people migrated from Indonesia. So, that makes you immigrants too. Seems like Chinese people doing better than you eh. You’re still lagging behind in terms of education, morals and job opportunities. I read an article on the reasons of why Malaysian graduates are jobless nowadays. Reason being dunno how to speak English and lazy attitude while working. I don’t need to say what the racial breakdown is lar, hoh? Every smart Chinese here will know wan lar. Na si zheng hu boh chi lu lang hua na tu, lu lang chiak sai ar.

  68. hey ppl, just f* off will ya?
this blog is about the scenary in NZ not about airheads like you.
Have you ever live in a gazillion multi-racial country before other than beloved Msia?
    No?
then think twice before start to comment on other people.
plain insulting other people’s intelligent nia.
kenny, love the pic! can’t believe how u manage to get the scenary so similiar as windows.

  69. NZ scenery = Malays?
    What’s wrong with this equation?
    Completely unrelated…
Wah, not bad Kenny, you’re photo taking skills is excellent

  70. LISTEN TO ME!
I’m a Chinese studying in Japan. I have this Malay senior who stays with us in the school hostel. He would sometimes churn out some delicious Malay food for us while I teach him how to cook Chinese Style dishes. Most of the time, we are just exchanging ideas on how to improve on our studies/cooking. We go out bowling once a while after exams and laughs at each other when we ‘wash the drain’. No we ain’t gay! We are M’sians who enjoys each others company and friendship. I’m happy to be a Malaysian.

  71. You’d think that with all this education we’d actually learn to think rationally and not talk like ignorant arseholes?
I’m Malay, I have lots of chinese friends. Of couse we may have our faults but we ourselves have to understand other races. It’s give and take.
Because of some bad apples, everyone get the blame. Now that’s just plain unfair. Is it too hard to just respect others and have others respect you?

  72. i wish the politicians and leaders would get to see this, if nothing else, to make them aware of the simmering resentment our pro-segregation system has instilled in many.
(again, not a comment related to Kenny’s original post. sorry)

  73. why even bother at the first place?
i bet this MFTM just seat back and laughing his ass off while reading all these comments from you guys. All he did was just copy and paste some unrelated news and paste it here and wait it to burst out… bet he has popcorn by his side too.
I love this blog and please make sure if you want to post sumthin’,it has got to do with the respectative entry Kenny has made.
    Peace…

  74. i think this fella(mftm) should be reported to the relevant authorities…his ip add is logged and nowhere is he going to run…

  75. its either the one who started this threat is a stupid malay or he/she is a chinese trying to put black dirty mud to malays, whoever you are,god bless you. guys, please take it easy. who knows the poster is a chinese who tried to put hatred towards the malay,so he/she acted as if he is a malay and tried to put flame here. its hard to see a racist malay post this kind of comment. who are the majority of kennysia reader?

  76. nice pic kenny =).. hey let him say what he wants.. this world was never meant to be fair anyway. we just have to rise above the odds

  77. such lovely photo. i can imagine dozenSSS of indians dancers coming out of nowehere doing their hot indian dance. kekeke

  78. oi mo’fo MFTH, you want to cause race riot is it? stupid? don’t simply put racial remarks here wanker! if riot happens, no one benefits from it. you might die from it also. just think before you speak okay dickhead? like the guy said, you are the stupid ignorant quintessential malay(i don’t mean all malays) who caused more problem than solving it.

  79. Referring to the controversial post above.
    I can’t help but comment on that…
True, Malays have already been given bumiputra status, but they have already been given A LOT OF priority. What else do you want? Call it unfair? GO DIE.
Okay, so you’re saying the Malays aren’t getting most of what is theirs? Well, most of them aren’t working at ALL! Most of the Chinese have worked their way up to where they are now. To hell with your ‘balance in wealth distribution’, if these ‘immagrants’, have earned it, why the heck should others rake in the benefits? If you restrict the economic interests of the Chinese, what do you think will happen? It won’t change the mentality of some of the lazy bumiputras we see slacking around. Shit, the Chinese are helping to hold this bloody country up. Why do you think Malays aren’t getting what they ‘deserve’? Why should they have big cars and big houses, if most of those you speak of aren’t even doing ANYTHING, and still expect to be spoon fed? They have been pampered enough, let achieve something with their own effort.
Corruption? Of course. You can’t say that corruption doesn’t take place within the Malay community. That’s stupid. Are Malays any different?
How dare you say this is a multi-racial society after that post. How can there be harmony if the Chinese are stripped from their rights? There goes your dream for a properous future. If Malays are given more slack than they have already been given, this country will not even move forward. Not with what we see of them now.
(I have to say sorry if I seem racist. I have Malay friends too, and some of them are not like that…)

  80. TO MFTM:
Some facts for you if you’ve forgotten:
    1) Chinese: Second largest community in Malaysia
    2) Malay: Not the “sons of soil”, but the Orang Asli are
    3) History in Malaysia: Chinese~ business; Malay~ agriculture; Indian~ farm workers
    4) Racism: taboo in Malaysia, unless if you want another 513 case
    5) Talents: Would rather stay in other countries than going back and work in Malaysia
    6) Incentives: are given to Malays/bumiputras far more than to Chinese and Indians because of the so-called ‘quota system’
    7) A support to Dom’s viewpoint: Chinese work hard for their wealth and future, what about Malays?
    8) Majority Chinese are middle class people: they are not wealthy nor they were gifted the good life. They spend their HARD-EARNED CASH.
    9) MCA is a representative for Chinese community: they are doing what they should do to protect its people’s rights and not crossing the lines.
    10) Conclusion: MFTM is an IDIOT who asks for a riot in his/her own country. He/she is too bored staying in a peaceful and comfortable zone, and is seeking for an environment like Iraq to live in (oh he just loves that so much!). As such, I would pleasantly ask for a favor from the Defence Minister to send this person to serve in war countries. Perhaps that’s the only way to make him/her realise how fortunate Malays in Malaysia are.
Oh, and for your information, we Chinese are sick of the stupid perverted Malays when we walk on the streets, asking us “Ah Moi, mau pigi mana? Mau minum kopi tak?”. And stop blaming and accussing us for wearing skimpy clothes, coz when we wear proper t-shits and long pants, you perverted Malays still keep on staring on our bodies – from TOP to TOE and then FOCUS ON BOOBS AND BUMPS. Did your mom teach you that? Go back and stare at your mom if she did!!! Also, if you Malays are too free and have nothing to do but dunno where to get money, can you please get a job and stop yelling over the internet trying to cause some kind of riot? And please don’t go snatch people’s wallets on the streets and rape innocent girls and start to blame us Chinese when you’re in jail. PAKA!!!!
*MAKE USE OF YOUR BRAIN IN SOMEWHERE MEANINGFUL!!! ……but…..err….do you even have one???*

    Thanks

  88. And delete others comments as well la.. i log on here just to cheer up my day. not reading some stupid comment by some stupid “son of the soil”. this is a sincere request. thanks.

  89. I was actually wondering how the heck you’ll have 100 + comments in a post that only has 2 images. Well, to be honest, it’s not too surprising because it’s kennysia.com. but then again…..ahaha…wud’s with the politic stuffs weh???….i guess this is wud they always say… “Cheap Publicity”….:P…
But hey, this is good for you also eh? Don’t think I dunno why u didn’t delete that comment. hehehehe…..look at the responses from your readers!!! omg….kennysia.com rox man…
Anyway, your blogs are always the best kenny. Too bad I didn’t go to Sarawak to see you in person during the finals for the Digi Celebriteen. But hey, continue to write more ya.

  90. you blame us for coming here. but you know who made us migrate here? YOU! even mahathir also said it himself. the british import the indians from india so they can do the rubber tapping here. yap ah loi brought the chinese from the mainland here. you know why? because you are AFRAID OF CHANCE. you’d rather stay with your usual daily duties like tanam jagung and tangkap ikan and when the opportunities come(eg. bijih timah (stanum) ) did you go grab the chance? no! you’d rather let the british people to korek your mining site until kering. then the chinese came and dig more. so what caused chinese and indians to migrate here? YOU! because of your ignorance, because the “OLD” you are afraid of change, when chances come, you dont take it, instead you gave it to the other people. and now youre complaining why we’re here! SERVES YOU RIGHT!
    note:
“you” represents the less bright malay people like Malaysia for malays who are ignorant(doesn’t apply to other brighter Malays in malaysia)
does this post make me racist? i don’t think so. because i only refered to a certain percentage of the malay community who are still in their old self thus my comment does not reflect the whole malay community. Dr M. said the Jews run the world by making people fight and die for them. does that make him racist? nope. cause he only referred to the Jews who supported the war against Muslim.

  91. ATTENTION TO ALL YOU RACISTS COWARDS, MORONS, IMBERCILES, MOTHER-NEVER-TEACH SON-OF-THE-BEACH AND NAZIS-LIKE-PIGS.
THIS IS AN OPEN CHALLENGE TO YOU :-
I DARE YOU TO COMMENT ALL YOUR SHITTY RACIST REMARKS TO TV1, TV2, TV3, NTV7, 8TV ,CHANNEL 9, NEW STRAITS TIMES, THE STAR, UTUSAN MELAYU, HARIAN METRO AND THE SUN.
FAILURE TO SO SO GOES TO SHOW AND PROVE ONCE AND FOR ALL THAT YOU ARE NOTHING BUT RACIST COWARDS, MORONS, IMBERCILES, MOTHER-NEVER-TEACH-SON-OF-THE-BEACH AND NAZIS-LIKE-PIGS.
I SEE YOU IN HELL. YOU ALL SHALL BE WITH ME IN HELL AS MY RIGHT HAND DEPUTIES.
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  92. MTFM …
I tot the real bumiputeras of this land is all the orang asli, iban , penan .. saying that chinese should be grateful and restricted, i think it’s just not fair.
I think orang asli deserve better than the rest ..
from my point of view la ..
come on, let’s stop all this ..
Nice pic kenny .. love it

  93. oh my gosh! wat stupid ass started the recist remarks!
    no connection AT ALL!!!!!!
anywayz kenny, u write absolutely good stuff!!! dont let these dumb asses get u down… just “close one eye”? 😛

  94. To Blogna:
Now I know there are really some ppl whose mother never taught and like to show his/her cb all around in a well-known public arena like kennysia.com. Additionally, cheap advertising of self-fantasized web is not that glamorous as well. Upgrade yourself and please have self conciousness and awareness plz…
Kenny, sad that some moron actually manipulate your web. Anyway, we want you to know that your blog is always da BEST and we shall support you all the time. Keep up the good work!

  95. I am a Malay.
Obviously MFTM was trying to provoke responses with his ridiculous arguments. It’s very unlikely he is a Malay.
The feedback from otehr commenters has been educational. I get see what my Chinese brothers and sisters (we are all sons and daughters of Adam after all) are REALLY thinking behind the safe cloak of anonymity.
It’s scary. God help us all.

  96. It is really sad that after 49 years of independence, there are still such racist ppl here. Haven’t all of us born, bread and lived here for as long as we breathe? Don’t you have nice Malay frens or nice Chinese frens?
Sometimes I really felt like proposing to our government to take out the term Race in any formal forms! Do we really need something like that?
I’m a Chinese, addressing to the Chinese, I believe that with what ever little things that God has bless us with, we will not starve to death! I really don’t mind the additional 5% that I have to pay in KFC or PizzaHut… I really don’t care.
All I know, never go down to their (ppl who are being racist; applicable for all races) level.
To my dear Malay brothers. I grew up with a lot of u, and often times I find you people are very nice. Altho there are quite a number of you, who make stupid remarks like the MFTM, I want you to remember… we’re all immigrant once upon a time.
I urge u, all of you, the Malays, the Chinese and the Indians. Let’s learn to live in peace and harmony, throw away our differences and our anger to each other. If you feel even a slight tingling of envy, then work harder to get what you want! There is no point in making remarks and raises the issues of race here…
I’ve picked up a lot of Malay cultures in my life and I am ever so proud of it. If you want me to categorize myself, I will say that I AM a Malaysian Chinese. I’m first a Malaysian then a Chinese.
I hope that this will end here. Let’s not continue with this silly man’s view. Let’s continue to bring Malaysia as a Malaysian and not a multiracial country.

  97. To MFTM…
OMG!!! Malaysia For The Malays?!?!?! What cock and bull nonsense is that?! BUAT MALU SIAL!!! Sedar diri sikit la… walaupun awak tu melayu… yang nak carik pasal tu buat apa?! Memang MELAYU!
BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU there are blardy wars in the world… a fun loving blog like this shouldn’t be tarnished by the likes of people like you… Not only you post such a un-called for comment on an unrelated topic whatsoever, you dont even dare post where you come from or even what to call you… MEMANG MELAYU! (By the way… Melayu means RUN in jawa) Ya… buat pasal pastu lari!!!
The whole reason this country needs policies like Bumiputera Status and such… is because people like YOU are too ignorant to better thamselves to wean off the dependancies of such benefits… This is purely a perfect example… Just because you can’t come up with good things you write yourself… you just had to go ahead and take all the attention to prove your own existence…
Well kudos to you! Congratulations to you for succeeding in that… you pathentic son of a *TOOT*!
Please pardon my french… Not intending to mean any disrespect to you kenny… I think you write well… And that image you captured… is just amazing…

  98. Kenny, why your comments page kena abuse become forum page ah?
Glad u are enjoying yourself in NZ! Drink more milk, very fresh! Haha!

  99. MFTM already admitted he is Chinese and people still ignore him — Everyone wants to get in on the act but everyone has no idea what they are fighting about.

  100. fuck anyone who starts insulting others culture, heritage etc. fuck those who insulted malays, comparing dem to pigs. u aint any better. just fuck u all.

  101. huh?…aswaan….u shouldnt compare ppl with pigs ok?…later your mum scold u..”jangan nak sekali kali caci moyang engkau”….ok?

  102. Mr Malaysia For The Malays probably has led a deprived childhood, and is desperate for attention now.
And atop all that, racists fill up the lowest rank in the brainy hierarchy. Lowest.
So Mr/Miss/androgynous Malaysia For The Malays, try searching the dictionary for ‘pathetic’. You’ll probably find your own face next to it.
The epitome of all beings, creatures and things pathetic. Even dirt is more valuable.

eh, don’t insult Kuntum okay. Its existence made my intelligence felt higher by leaps and bounds. I mean. It’s Kuntum you know. teehee.

  103. i remembered in my class(which is the top class for science field) in my class had a ratio of 4:1 (chinese:bumi ratio).
some malays are smart..they become doctors..engineers..lecturers..scientist.My ex-classmates are very respectful of the chinese..they are hardworking and serious in their work.in other words..they have a goal.and i respect my bumi ex-classmates.
And u might be thinking..what happen 2 [censored]…well..they became POLITICIANs who in the future through their wrong political path are actually DESTROYING their own [censored].
And racism only flame out because of inequality.FAce it..no government is equal especially if its govern by a major race in a country. Not even singapore.
BTw..im a malaysian and i dont like racism.

  104. Satan at 02 October 2006 9:51 PM

  106. MALAYSIA FOR THE MALAYS, please piss off. If Malays really are Muslims, you’d realise nationalism is forbidden in Islam. It’s called Assabiyah. Go Google it.
Racial politics is on a downhill spiral – be it UMNO, MIC, MCA and every other party representing one race.

  107. PRETTYFULL.
But I don’t see how this post started a whole political thing….
    OH WELL.
    -stares at pretty scenery-

  108. What is the point of arguing over one crude comment like the one posted up by MFTM?
Why should we care so much about what others say about us? Does it really matter if they view us as the marginalized-should-be’s? Does it really make a difference whether they think we should be marginalized or not? We already are.
Nonetheless, it doesn’t matter. Because no matter how hard others try to strike us down, we still survive. No matter how marginalized we are, we can still live on. Although we aren’t sitting in the comfort of quite a number of racial rights, it doesn’t matter, because this had, has and will always be the Malaysian way of living.
So as I was saying, marginalization isn’t something we should ponder about so much. Instead, we should think of ways to survive this so-called-marginalization.
I respect the constitution that states that the brethren Malays are to enjoy privilages. What I cannot stand is when someone from their race takes advantages from the written constitution to ask more and more from the rest of the Malaysian population.
“Sons of Soil”. Define that word. Born in this country and hence you are the sons of soil? Hello? Are we not born in this country as well? Oh no, wait, are the Chinese and Indians immigrants from their respective homelands who come by so often EVERY YEAR?
Another definition would be that Malays are native to Malaysia. Please. You guys came over from Indonesia, and not even half of your population is considered native anymore. If you call yourselves natives, what are the Ibans,Kadazandusuns, the true Orang Asli. Why not brand yourselves Orang Asli?
I’m not trying to stir up any racial issues here, but I feel that what MFTM said had gone too far. He is just too proud of his own race. It is okay to be proud of your own race, and we should be proud of it, but when that arrogance grows into ignorance and stupidity, it is too much.
Stop all these propagandas. You guys said you don’t want Chinese, Indians and Malays, that you guys want Malaysians. How, in the name of our country, can we be MALAYSIANS when there still exists racial differences? Think about it before you address such statement to the public, MFTM. Don’t always think you are right, because sometimes, you might be wrong, and this is just one of the few times you are.
I’m only 16 yet I can understand the true meaning of living in harmony, why can’t you? MFTM. Get a life besides from wreaking havoc upon others.

  109. MFTM could be Menteri Besar Johor Abdul Ghani Othman. He said Bangsa Malaysia is a fiction and rojak and the term Bangsa Malaysia shouldn’t exist in Malaysian society at all. Even Najib defended him. WTF. Think some race is superior? Try abolished your special rights and NEP, see what happened. Superiority is measured by meritocracy, not some laws, quotas and policies.

  110. I don’t really like the idea of being called Malays, Chinese, Indian, Kadazan, Iban etc. Why not just use “Malaysians”? It saves us from a lot of trouble aka racial riots, political problems and especially when we fill our forms. I’m freaking pissed each time I fill a form.
The term Malay, Chinese, Indians should only be used to describe a person like when there’s a crime and you need to describe that criminal. Like how people in US descibe a person whether the person is a White or a Black.
The media should put up a poll whether the citizens of Malaysia call themselves as Malaysians or Malay, Chinese, Indian and see what happenes.
Everyone in this country should work as an individual and contribute to the country and not as a race because I know when there’s a group of people working together some of them are parasites who only sit down and see other people work and get all the profit.
The education system should also remove the part in primary schools where the books teach small children to recognise different races by their skin colour, which is kinda bad. Just look at Thailand because in Thailand there are Chinese people and Orang Asli too but they all are called Thais and not Chinese/Aborigines because they never learn how to categorise people into racial groups in school, unlike in Malaysia.
    Anyways, Malaysia for Malaysians.

  111. … wat’s wrong with you people esp MFTM. there is nth in your comment that have anything to do wit this blog so why bother commenting?
    Anyway nice photo kenny.

  112. MFTM prefer live in havoc of racism..i feel ashamed with his statement..oi sedar la..aku melayu hang melayu, so jgn bagi kita melayu malu..ingat hang baik sangat ke..hang mesti melenting bila org kutuk melayu, tapi statement hang dah melampau..apa la, hormat la..kenapa org kutuk melayu? sbb org² yg mcm hang la..tau tak..kenny, should get rid of his comment..not good la

  113. It is very embarrassing for me to read this racial criticism brought up by my own race. What are you guys trying to do?? Chase all the Chinese back to China and all the Indians back to India… and you guys want to keep this land for yourself?! Think about it, the whole KL will be washed out and we’ll be riding our motorcycles doing rempit stunts and to entertain ourselves in the kampongs while our brothers and sisters bercucuk tanah menanam padi!… It’s because all of us playing apart together, we able to develop this country together. So let’s cherish it and be happy about it. We wouldn’t be this far if we came alone… think about it!

  114. so now now … dont give racist comments u f***ed up bumi … sthu with those comments
